We specialise in Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) as well as Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) and have agent partners across the Asia Pacific. Our local and international team of 35 employees across 4 countries aim to transform your business and support you in adapting to the changing landscape of the international education market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to Business Development Manager, this role will is perfect for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with a passion for sales, including designing call cycles and exploring new business opportunities.
- Maintaining relationship with the existing customer to ensure we maximise the sales from them.
- Support customers with the support so they can better service their customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a key skill to the role with the ability to make a positive impression, exude confidence, develop a rapport with the clients and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Being self-motivated and results-focussed are part of your personal ‘DNA’.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations.
- High level of resilience Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners.

- Be the local subject matter expert of the AISA products and process and support the team with any requirements or actions needed.

In addition, for this role we are specifically seeking someone who possesses:
- A successful track record in sales and account management or within a sales and marketing role.
- An extensive experience in outbound cold calls and account management of the existing relationship.
- Ability to have problem solving skills, but at the same time does not lose track of delivering the businesses shorter term goals.
- Effective team building and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in trading term setting for a win/win outcome.
- Friendly and motivated worker, driven to succeed.
- Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners.
